| TERMS AND CONDITIONS Grrabit.com is a Clean site and there are to be no pornographic ads placed. You may not list an ad for anything that is determined to be illegal by any city, county, state, or the national government where you live. Firearms or ammunition of any sort will not be allowed regardless of legality. You agree to pay for any successful auctions when billed by Grrabit.com in the percentage that has been determined by Grrabit.com. This fee will be 2.5% of the final value of your auction up to a maximum of $25 for each successful auction. This fee applies to sellers only. You may be billed for selecting "Home Page Featured Item" and that fee is currently $1.00 per listing. You may also opt for a "Category Featured" listing which has a fee of $0.25 per listing. You may list as many times as you want as long as you want, providing that the price you have targeted for your item is a realistic price to pay for such an item on the open market. Auctions determined to be unrealistic in price will be referred back to you for a price adjustment. If you fail to change the price the auction will be terminated. If you post an Ad and that auction is answered by a bona fide willing buyer and that buyer has remitted payment to you within 7 days of auction end, you must complete the transaction within 14 days of the auction close. This means that you have mailed or sent payment by Paypal, and/or that you have contacted the buyer within 2 days of auction close, that you intend to complete the transaction with them. Fishing trips are not tolerated on Grrabit.com. A qualified transaction means that someone has either met your Sales price or has offered to purchase it for more than your posted price. If you fail to complete a transaction, you will be referred to the Admin of Grrabit.com. You will be suspended for a term to be determined. If you fail to complete two transactions you will be removed from our users list and not allowed to return. TERMS AND CONDITIONS will evolve as the site evolves. We are very interested in your individual success as a seller, however we cannot compromise the Grrabit.com as a whole. Please be professional in your listings and business conduct. You will be notified as these terms and conditions change. Special listings such as Real Estate and Automotive will have a specific set of guidlines and will be posted in the near future.
